Mother tongue influence can be seen in every one who are
from very different regions belonging to very different countries people, the
problem is faced by many people across the world and it is most frequently
noticed only when we are learning a language in specific.
When we are trying to learn other languages than our native
ones then we get the problem of mother tongue slang that we get habituated of
using throughout our life time.
The accent gets copied when we try to speak in other
language that we learn and it happens because of the fact that every language
is having words that are pronounced completely based on the phonetics and
sounds.
The one thing that happens is our native language dominates when
we speak in English and because it happens only of the base pronunciation t our
native language.
English language is having whole set of sounds that make
words and helps us in the pronunciation the sounds are completely different
when we compare it other languages and there are also certain sounds that
exists in our native language but not in English. Every native language is
having a musical pattern to itself so does English is also having some musical
effect while speaking.
The only way is to get rid of the regional influence this
can happen only when we shift from our native place and go for other regions or
watch more and more English movies only to learn the phonetics and sounds.
Movies are having large impact on the sounds that the way
they pronounce will be easily grasped by us and can be learnt in an easily way
so from now try learning English by watching the podcast videos and songs in
English that can help you to know very different words that can be pronounced
in very different ways and also helps in knowing new words and their meanings.
Lots of people say that there is no need of learning
phonetics and pronunciation for a language but it really makes difference while
we speak it carries the same accent of our native language if we does not learn
phonetics, sounds and pronunciation.
